Shipping in the UK: We use Royal Mail for all UK deliveries, priced at £7.99. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery from the date of dispatch.
International Shipping: For international orders, we utilise a variety of trusted shipping providers. International shipping is priced at £15.99. Please allow up to 11 working days for delivery from the date of dispatch.
Returns and Exchanges: Refunds and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. Eligible returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the order being shipped. We take pictures of all shipments before sending them to ensure accuracy and quality. Return shipping costs are paid for by the customer.
